The CFPB posted a video for consumers on what to expect and how to utilize the mortgage forbearance rights provided in the CARES Act passed by Congress in response to the COVID-19 crisis. The video was posted to You Tube, and in addition to the information provided in the video, also directs consumers to the CFPB’s COVID-19 resource page, https://www.consumerfinance.gov/coronavirus/.
